QUALITY POLICY
The Management of the company "ILEF ELECTRICAL APPLICATIONS - TSERTIKIDIS ANDREAS" through its quality policy commits to meeting the following requirements that also constitute its objectives:
  • The services and products offered by the company must meet the quality level defined by customer requirements and specifications and the applicable Greek and European legislative framework.
  • To comply with current legislation, standards, and specifications related to its activities.
  • The products and services offered must be reliable, high quality, and safe.
  • To transfer modern know-how to the construction of projects it undertakes.
  • To process orders or projects quickly and without errors.
  • To take into account parameters related to the impact of its activities at every level (local, regional, national, international).
  • To identify stakeholder groups, recognize and review their requirements and expectations, and take measures to respond to them.
The quality objectives will be met as long as the company's management and staff implement and improve the Quality Management System EN ISO 9001:2015. The construction of electrical panels and their installation meet the requirements of standards EN 61439-1 & EN 61439-2 concerning the verification of construction of Low Voltage Distribution Panels. The implementation and development of the Quality Policy requires:
  1. Full information of staff on company objectives, active participation, and continuous training.
  2. Continuous improvement of quality performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of processes.
  3. Cooperation of all parties involved in the company's processes (suppliers, service providers) to meet quality requirements.
  4. Creation of an open communication channel with customers for positive or negative messages regarding products.
  5. Ensuring adequate material resources to achieve the best possible result.
  6. Continuous effort to improve safety and environmental protection.
